Finally started some load development with my Tula. I have done some simple mods but the barrel and action are factory aside from the addition of a Rock Solid scope mount. During an OCW test last week I printed a 1/2MOA 3 shot group at 100yds!!. Actually it measured 0.498" with my calipers. Let me see if I can get a picture to upload.

Sweet! Great job. My Izzy '42 shoots 1/2 moa with its factory barrel. I have cut and recrowned it at 25.5". Was 26" until I messed the threads up while threading it for a brake. Then I had to chop 1/2" off and do it again. It actually shot better before I cut the 1/2" off and recrowned. I think I put some scratches in the rifling while recrowning the second time. When it was 26" it shot reliably in the .3" range. Now it shoots more about .6" I'm still pretty happy with it.

My PU likes 44.6 gr Varget, also 174 SMK .311. She slugged at .313, so I thought she would like the .312 Hornady better but nope. I use mostly PPU brass and regular Federal primers. Does not shoot 1/2 moa but a consistent 1.25 (5 shots) at 100 yards/meters and does darn well further out .
