First one is very clear, "Тульский оружейный завод" - "Tula weapon factory"; second is not very readable, I can see only "Имераторский........... оружейный завод" - Imperator....... weapon factory", can't read origin City, not very clear picture, sorry...

Here it is, both written in old Russian language:
First one, "Императорский Тульский Оружейный завод 1895 г." - "Imperial Tula weapon factory 1895 year."
The second, "Ижевский оружейный завод 1893г." - "Izhevsk weapon factory 1893 year."
